Full furnished for convenience and home feel. As a home, the Drawing room has Sofa set, color TV, sitting chairs, centre table etc. for discussions and good times.
AC/ Non AC Individual rooms and on twin sharing basis are also available at certain locations.
The dining room is a place for eating homely food equipped with proper dining table and chairs.
Bedrooms have separate lockable cupboard, bed with mattress, pillow and bed sheet with covers, study table and chair. You do not need to bring any furniture.
Our kitchens are equipped with Aquaguard, Freeze, Gas and all utensils and crockery. Food prepared here is 100 % vegetarian and made from quality ingredients. The food served is fresh and healthy. We do not commit to get you hotel kind taste of food, but surely a home kind of food.
Meals Provided:

Monday to Saturday : Break-fast & Dinner.
Sunday: Break-fast, Lunch and Dinner.
Bathrooms are equipped with all accessories. Premises are cleaned everyday, bedsheets being changed every week. A separate sweeper comes to clean the bathrooms on regular basis.
A pair of clothes washing and ironing per day is included in the rent. Also electricity bills, cable connection, meal charges all cleaning expenses are included in rent, leaving nothing to be paid extra.
Rents vary from Rs. 4500/- to Rs. 6500/- depending upon the location and room you choose. The rooms are on 2/3 sharing basis.
Lunch if required is also provided on cost basis.
To vacant the premises you need to give only 15 days notice period i.e. you need to inform 15 days before leaving the premise , a very bachelor-friendly feature in today’ s anytime transferable job scenario.
Service Appt: Company booking for rooms on single/ twin sharing basis also welcome. We have some companies booking our rooms for their exclusive, visit to city on daily/ Weekly and monthly basis.
